Recently, a large number of high-simulation panda doll products with malicious imitation of "Panda Channel × Panda Factory" series appeared in the market, which seriously interfered with the market operation order and damaged the rights and interests of consumers and the legitimate rights and interests of CCTV and Panda Factory. In this regard, our company solemnly declares as follows:
CCTV only cooperates with Panda Factory to jointly launch high-simulation panda doll products in the name of "Panda Channel× Panda Factory", and sells them online and offline through official channels or officially authorized channels. All other high-simulation panda doll products such as "Menglan" and "Hehua" sold in the name of "Panda Channel× Panda Factory" are not authorized by our company and are infringing products.
Consumers are requested to identify the joint logo of Panda Channel and Panda Factory when purchasing (see Annex 1 for details), and purchase related products from official channels or officially authorized channels (see Annex 2 for details, and our company will inform you in time if the sales channels are updated) to avoid being deceived. At the same time, consumers are welcome to provide infringement clues to our company, and our company will take legal measures to investigate the legal responsibilities of relevant infringers and safeguard our legitimate rights and interests.
