Please don’t forget these watchmen of "Beautiful China" during the Spring Festival.

Editor’s note: No matter the ends of the earth or the ends of the earth, at this moment, we are all celebrating the festival. Open the curtains in the morning to see the blue sky and white clouds, look up at the stars at night, and enjoy the beautiful scenery in tourism and leisure — — Nowadays, people’s life is getting richer and richer, and after the demand for material products is met, fresh air, clear water and clean environment are increasingly becoming necessities of life. The Spring Festival, in which thousands of families are smiling, cannot be separated from the unremitting efforts of Qian Qian’s thousands of ecological watchers.

Monitor of Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park, Working Group for Strengthening Supervision of Air Pollution Prevention and Control in Autumn and Winter, and Chief Forecaster of Central Meteorological Observatory … … On the eve of the Spring Festival, our reporter approached the front-line workers to understand their working conditions and listen to their New Year’s wishes. Please don’t forget these watchmen of "Beautiful China" when you enjoy the fresh air and the green mountains.

"Well-off society is not comprehensive, and the quality of ecological environment is very important." Happiness is a struggle, towards the goal of "development of production, affluent life and good ecology", let’s roll up our sleeves and work hard together!

Protect the common homeland of the Northeast Tiger and Leopard and mankind.

Deep in the mountains and forests, it’s freezing. Many people stay at home, but Guo Wenliang dives into the mountains.

Guo Wenliang is the monitor of Suiyang Bureau of Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park Administration. It is located in Laoyeling, the remaining vein of Changbai Mountain, with dense forests and good ecology. In order to keep an eye on the movements of the tigers and leopards in Northeast China, the Administration has set up more than 400 far-infrared cameras in the forest. Guo Wenliang became the "guardian" of these cameras.

Guo Wenliang and his assistant Zhang Zejun’s mission in this trip is to set up several new far-infrared cameras and check whether the monitoring equipment along the way is working normally.

The mountain road is rugged and the snow is thick, so the road up the mountain is not easy. "You see, this string of smaller footprints is silly roe deer, and that string of larger footprints belongs to wild boar … …” Guo Wenliang pointed to a string of footprints in the snow and told reporters.

All the way into the forest, we stopped at a fork in the road, and Guo Wenliang took out a camera painted in camouflage from his bag. "You see, there are many footprints on both sides of this intersection, and they are clear and coherent, indicating that it is an animal feeding channel. Set up one here! " Guo Wenliang said, "The data of such cameras are gathered together, which provides rich information for scientific research and protection."

For these "clairvoyance" in the forest, Guo Wenliang didn’t spend less time. Every year in May and October, he will go up the mountain to change the battery and get the data card for the camera. In July, he will clean up the vines and shrubs that block the camera lens. "More than 400 cameras are all well maintained, and it will take more than one month. Walk more than 20 kilometers every day. " Guo Wenliang said with a smile that he spends less time with the camera than with his family in a year.

Needless to say, you will encounter some dangers in your work. Guo Wenliang once "brushed past" the Northeast Leopard, but now I think about it, I’m still dying.

Guo Wenliang has been working as a monitor for five years, and he feels that this is a valuable career more and more. "Seeing that the Woods are getting denser and denser, there are more and more wild animals, and there is a sense of accomplishment in my heart."

In recent years, the ecological environment of the forest farm has been greatly improved after the natural forest was stopped cutting. "The restoration of forest vegetation and the continuous improvement of the food chain have provided the necessary foundation for the survival and reproduction of the Northeast Tiger and Leopard." Guo Wenliang said that at present, Suiyang Bureau has monitored 10 wild Amur tigers and 18 wild Amur leopards from different individuals through far-infrared cameras.

Win the battle of defending the blue sky, and do it bit by bit.

Recently, the reporter went to Shenze County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province to carry out supervision following the autumn and winter air pollution prevention and control strengthening supervision working group. In order to defend the blue sky, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment organized and carried out intensive supervision in key areas. There are three people in this working group, drawn from the environmental monitoring teams in Inner Mongolia, Jilin and Guangdong provinces.

"Do not say hello to local governments and enterprises in advance, and directly enter the enterprise supervision." Zhou Quan, deputy head of the Dalat Banner Environmental Monitoring Brigade in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, said. He is the leader of the working group. The night before, he has listed the inspection list of seven companies in advance.

A large local plastic company is equipped with online monitoring equipment, and the working group is particularly alert. "Open the front cover of the equipment and the back cover." Zhang Wenjun, deputy head of the Environmental Monitoring Brigade of Shuangyang District, Changchun City, Jilin Province and a member of the working group, said.

While carefully checking the internal wiring and displaying data, Zhang Wenjun asked the environmental monitoring third-party staff in detail. Suddenly, his eyebrows locked: "Where is the spare battery?"

"This … … No … … There is no spare battery. " The staff prevaricated.

"If there is a power outage, who will bear the responsibility for the lack of monitoring data?" In the face of Zhang Wenjun’s query, the third-party staff and business owners repeatedly said that they would set up a reform and improve the equipment as soon as possible.

What if you find out the problem? Zhou Quan said that according to the requirements of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, law enforcement should be strict and "one size fits all" should be avoided. They will enhance their service awareness and take the initiative to make suggestions for enterprises. "The suggestions will suit the right medicine and have strong operability."

During the inspection, Zhang Wenjun wore a mask all the time. Bronchitis caused mild pneumonia, but he kept working despite his illness. Busy with supervision during the day and infusion at night. Zhang Wenjun said that in recent years, grass-roots environmental protection work has been arduous, and law enforcement personnel have overcome many difficulties. The progress of defending the blue sky is done bit by bit.

Each round of inspections lasted for 15 days, and the rounds of seamless docking inspections pushed the blue sky defense war in key areas deeper.

Do a good job in weather forecast and service with craftsman spirit

At 6: 30 in the morning, before it was clear, He Lifu, the chief forecaster of the Central Meteorological Observatory, had arrived at the consultation room and sat in front of the computer to start a day of intense work. Study the weather situation, judge the future trend, and release the forecast and early warning information … …

At 8 o’clock in the morning, he began to preside over the national weather forecast video conference every day. It was not until about 8: 30 that he Lifu had time to catch his breath, have breakfast, and then put himself into a new round of forecasting.

"This is still a routine case. If you encounter major disastrous weather, you will get to the station at four or five in the morning, and the latest warning information will be released before half past six. If you encounter a super typhoon, you will be encrypted for many times in one day. It is common to stay in the consultation room until 10: 30 in the evening and turn around for three or four days. " He Lifu said.

As the chief forecaster, the body needs to bear high-intensity work, and the psychological pressure resistance is also very strong. For example, when the first snow in Beijing will fall is a difficult problem that makes forecasters anxious. He Lifu said that when the temperature difference is 0.5 degrees Celsius, the snow will fall into rain; Because of the terrain, it may snow all around Beijing, but there is no snow in Beijing. "It’s really hard to report."

He Lifu has been working in the Central Meteorological Observatory for 34 years. Although he has been under great pressure, he is more and more confident in making predictions. He said: "Limited by the existing technical conditions, we can’t make a particularly accurate forecast of some weather conditions, but over the years, I have really seen great progress in China’s meteorological cause."

On New Year’s Eve, he Lifu was on duty. In this regard, he smiled and said that he was used to it. "This is not the first time I am on duty on holidays, and certainly it will not be the last time. I have long been used to it. To tell the truth, I feel very embarrassed that I can’t accompany my family on New Year’s Eve. " He Lifu said, "But this is the responsibility of meteorologists. Meteorology concerns thousands of households and all walks of life. Since you have chosen this career, you should stand well in this post. As the chief forecaster, we must polish our predictions with the spirit of artisans to help everyone live a peaceful year. "
